Terms & Conditions

1. 1. Orders should be placed at least 48 hours in advance. Expedite orders are available for an additional fee.
2. 2. Your order will be delivered by 5:00 pm on requested date of delivery. Please note that it may be later during Holidays and the Sundance Film Festival.
3. 3. Cancellation of your order must be done within 24 hours of your delivery date. If you cancel your order after the groceries have been purchased, you will be responsible for the price of the groceries and services rendered.
4. 4. Please be as specific as possible when placing your order. Your personal shopper will do their best to select the products you have requested. If you have special instructions for your personal shopper regarding subtitutions please leave a comment in the special instructions field or make a note on your offline order form. 
5. 5. Online orders will be confirmed immediatly upon receipt.  Offline orders will be confirmed by phone or email within 24 hours of receiving your shopping list.
