Before shopping begins

Use the secure link in your confirmation email to update grocery items. For cancellations, arrival changes, or property-access updates, email hello@thegrocerygirls.com.

After shopping begins

Grocery purchases, shopping work, and delivery planning may already be committed once fulfillment has started. Charges already incurred may remain due even if the stay or delivery is later cancelled.

Same-day orders

Same-day availability is limited and requires immediate team planning. The same-day charge may become non-refundable once the order has entered fulfillment.
