Will cold groceries be put away?
When the team has appropriate property access, refrigerated and frozen groceries can be placed safely in the refrigerator and freezer.
What if an item is unavailable?
Your shopper will follow your substitution preference and use item notes to choose the closest suitable replacement. You can also decline substitutions.
Can I request something not in the catalog?
Yes. Add a special request with as much brand, size, flavor, or product detail as possible.
Can I edit my order after submitting it?
Yes. Your confirmation email includes a secure order link. Use it to update the list before shopping begins.
How is the final grocery total determined?
The final amount reflects the products purchased during shopping, including approved substitutions and availability changes, plus the applicable service charges.
Is same-day delivery available?
Same-day service may be available depending on team capacity and property access. A $50 same-day fee applies.
