Terms for grocery shopping and delivery.

Submitting an order authorizes Grocery Girls to shop for the requested products and provide the selected delivery services under these terms.

Product availability and substitutions

Product availability, brands, sizes, and local store pricing may change. When substitutions are allowed, the shopper may select a reasonable alternative using your stated preferences and item notes.

Order totals and authorization

Grocery totals are finalized after shopping and reflect the products actually purchased. Applicable delivery, service, processing, same-day, adjustment, and selected gratuity amounts are added according to the pricing presented during checkout.

Delivery and property access

You are responsible for providing accurate lodging, arrival, access, and contact information. Pre-arrival stocking and putting away cold items depend on timely, authorized property access.

Restricted products

Orders containing age-restricted products may require identification, an eligible recipient, and compliance with applicable law. Delivery cannot be completed when legal requirements are not satisfied.

Order changes and cancellations

Changes are subject to shopping status and availability. Costs already incurred after fulfillment begins may remain due. See the cancellation policy for additional details.
