1. Orders should be placed at least 48 hours in advance. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.
2. Your order will be delivered by 5:00 pm on requested date of delivery. Please note that it may be later during Holidays and the Sundance Film Festival.
3. Cancellation of your order must be done within 24 hours of your arrival. If you cancel your order after the groceries have been purchased, you will be responsible for the price of the groceries and services rendered.
4. Please be as specific as possible when placing your order. We will do our best to select products that are requested. Make sure you specify a desired brand on your order. If you would not like a close replacement of your items selected, please note that on your order form. We do not return items.
5. We will confirm your order by phone or email within 24 hours of receiving your shopping list.
