This has been a traditional yet popular dish throughout Northern Italy. This dish is a wonderful accompaniment to most grilled meats, especially chicken. In a large saucepan with a tight fitting lid bring 20 oz (2-1/2 cups) of water to a boil. Add 1 tbsp butter and package of Alessi Risotto. Stir while boiling for 1 minute. Cover saucepan tightly.
