Microwave: Place bacon in single layer on microwave paper towels on microwaveable plate. Cover with additional paper towel. Microwave on High to desired crispness. Caution: Plate may be hot. 2 Slices: 1 to 1-1/2 minutes. 4 Slices: 2 to 2-1/2 minutes. Oven: Place bacon in single layer in shallow pan. Bake at 400 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes or to desired crispness. (No turning is necessary). Drain on paper towels.
